"Line" carries two meanings at once: Esperline verifies your wRVUs line by line, one code at a time, and every monthly statement adds to a single continuous record that belongs to you. Together they mean a line of hope, your lifeline forward: the verified record you carry from one chapter of your career to the next.

Esperline is an independent wRVU-verification tool for providers paid on a productivity (wRVU) model. Each month, it verifies your wRVUs against the public CMS Physician Fee Schedule and shows you, in plain English, what your work was worth, code by code. It's your own independent record of your production.

Any provider paid on a wRVU or productivity model: physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health clinicians, midwives, and other advanced-practice providers.

Three steps: you upload your charge data, Esperline maps every CPT and E&M code to its published wRVU value in the CMS Physician Fee Schedule, and you get a plain-English statement of what your work was worth. Your statements build into a longitudinal record that follows you, not your employer. Add your benchmark figures and the production modeler projects what hitting a production target, or dialing back your hours, would mean in wRVUs and dollars, using your own code mix.

No. There's nothing to log and nothing to track in real time. You upload the charge data you already have, and Esperline does the rest.

No. Esperline is independent, with no affiliation to any health system, employer, EHR platform, or payer. Its calculations are based only on the public CMS Physician Fee Schedule and the data you provide. That independence is what makes the verification meaningful.

Esperline shows you what your work was worth, based on public CMS values and the data you provide. It doesn't compare against your employer's compensation statement or make any finding about your pay. Most months, the statement is the quiet confirmation your wRVUs are right; the rare month it doesn't add up, you have the verified record to look closer.

No. It's an independent verification of your own production. It doesn't access your employer's systems or compensation statement, and it makes no finding about any employer. It gives you an independent record, and you decide what comes next.

That's your call. A difference can have many legitimate explanations, and your verified record is simply information you can use however you choose, including a private conversation or a discussion with your own advisor. Esperline gives you the numbers; what you do with them is up to you.

No. Esperline works only from public CMS data and the data you upload. Your account and your record are private to you. Your employer is not involved and is not notified.

It's normal, not a shortfall. Some codes carry no work RVU of their own because their value is bundled into another code you billed. In global-package billing, one code holds the full episode's value and the related visits are recorded at $0 by design. A routine obstetric delivery is a common example: a single global maternity code carries the entire pregnancy-through-postpartum value, while the individual prenatal and postpartum visits show as $0. Post-operative follow-up visits inside a surgical global period work the same way. Those $0 lines document care you provided; they are not lost value, and your statement still totals correctly. Esperline reads value from the codes you submitted and verifies each one against the CMS Physician Fee Schedule, so a statement with several $0 lines next to one high-value code is expected. Esperline verifies the codes on your statement were valued correctly, but it cannot tell whether a code that should have been billed was ever captured. If you think a code is missing entirely, that is a charge-capture question for your billing and coding team.

Just two things. First, a few details about how you're paid, which you enter once in your profile: your contracted conversion factor (dollars per wRVU), your CMS practice locality, and the CMS fee-schedule year your contract uses. Second, your charge data export from your EHR or billing system. That's it. You can optionally add your specialty and your reported benchmark percentiles, which unlock the production modeler; they aren't required to generate a statement.

It comes from your EHR or practice-management system. You're looking for a report that lists the CPT and E&M codes you billed along with their dates of service, often called a "charge detail," "productivity," or "procedure" report. If you have reporting access, you can usually export it yourself; if not, your billing office or practice manager can pull it for you in a minute or two. Esperline accepts it in almost any form: CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Your charge or billing data export from your EHR or practice-management system, typically a CSV, Excel, or PDF. Please don't upload protected health information (PHI) — it isn't needed to produce your statement. Esperline works with de-identified charge data only: the CPT and E&M codes, dates, and quantities.

The Full Verification covers up to 3 years of your historical charge data, as far back as the records you can provide.

No. Your raw uploaded files are deleted after processing. Only your computed statements, your verified record, are kept in your account.

Esperline works only with de-identified charge data — the codes, dates, and quantities from your billing export, not patient identities. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access requires a secure authenticated sign-in, your raw files are deleted after processing, and you see only your own data.

Only you. Your statements and your record are private to your account.

Never. We don't sell your data. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics, which can't identify you, your patients, or any employer, to improve the product.

Two options: Esperline Annual at $399/year (billed annually), and the Full Verification at $899 for your first year, which includes 12 months of Esperline Annual and then renews at $399/year.

Esperline Annual verifies your production going forward, month by month, from the day you join. The Full Verification is a comprehensive look back across multiple years of your historical data, and it includes your first year of Esperline Annual, so you're covered going forward too. After the first year it renews at $399/year, the same as Esperline Annual.

Your Esperline Annual membership continues at $399/year. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

No. Esperline is a paid product. But you're only ever charged for a statement we actually deliver: if we can't generate your statement from your data, your payment is refunded.

Refunds are available only if Esperline is unable to generate your statement. If the automatic upload tool can't produce your statement from your file, email us at Support@Esperline.com and include your charge document, and we'll attempt to generate it manually. If that effort is also unsuccessful, we'll issue a full refund.

Yes. Cancel anytime; your access runs through the period you've already paid for. Subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable except where required by law (and in the deliverability case above).

It's self-serve from your dashboard: open "Manage billing & invoices" (or use the Cancel subscription link in the site footer) to reach your secure billing portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. You can do this anytime, and your access continues through the period you've already paid for. Esperline is billed annually and is non-refundable except where required by law, or in the case where we're unable to generate your statement.
