Free RVU calculators tell you a code's value in theory. You type in a code, you get a number. Esperline works from your real charge data: it reads the codes you actually billed, in the volumes you actually billed them, and independently confirms the dollars they should produce, month over month, across years, across jobs. Your charge or billing data export from your EHR or practice-management system, typically a CSV, Excel, or PDF. Please don't upload protected health information (PHI) — it isn't needed to produce your statement. Esperline works with de-identified charge data only: the CPT and E&M codes, dates, and quantities.
If we're unable to generate your statement from your data, your payment is refunded. Failures are rare, and there's no pre-charge verification step to slow you down.
No. Esperline is an independent confirmation of your own production, calculated from the public CMS Physician Fee Schedule and the data you provide. It does not access your employer's systems or their compensation statement, and it makes no finding about any employer. It is your record, and what you do with it is entirely your decision.
Esperline works with de-identified charge data only — the codes, dates, and quantities from your billing export, not patient identities. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, your raw files are not retained after processing, and you see only your own data.
Esperline Annual verifies your production going forward, month by month, from the day you join. The Full Verification is a comprehensive look back across multiple years of your historical data, and it includes your first year of Esperline Annual, so you're covered going forward too. After the first year it renews at $399/year, the same as Esperline Annual.
Your Esperline Annual membership continues at $399/year. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
Yes. Cancel anytime; your access runs through the period you've already paid for. Subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable except where required by law (and in the deliverability case above).
